Shipping and Returns

How to Order
To purchase an item just press the buy it now button along side the item. If the item is out of stock you can contact us to find out when we will be getting the item back in stock. 

We use paypal to process payments giving you peace of mind with its Buyer Protection Scheme.  Paypal accepts all major credit/debit cards and doesn't require that you have a paypal account. 

Delivery to a UK Mainland Address
All orders are shipped individually, delivery is now free for UK addresses.  All items are posted using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service for peace of mind.  When your order is dispatched we will send you an email to confirm dispatch date and your tracking number. 

The majority of our orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Our deliveries are insured for full value of the order.

Delivery to an International Address
Currently we are shipping orders to Europe, US and Austrailia. All orders are shipped individually and are subject to a £9 shipping charge. All international orders are posted using Royal Mail International Signed For Service. When your order is dispatched we will send you an email to confirm dispatch date and your tracking number.  International deliveries are usually delivered within 7 working days but please allow 21 days.

Returns
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.

Refunds
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Shop4time.co.uk will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
